Diamond Packaging Wins Five Awards in Gold Ink Awards Competition

Diamond Packaging won five awards in Printing Impressions magazine’s 32nd annual Gold Ink Awards competition, the industry's most prestigious print competition. Winners were chosen from nearly 600 entries submitted in 47 different categories. Entries were judged on print quality, technical difficulty, and overall visual effect.

Diamond won Bronze Awards in the “Folding Cartons” and "Calendars" categories, respectively, for Splintek’s SleepRight Ultra-Comfort Dental Guard packaging, and for Diamond's 2019 corporate calendar.

Diamond won Pewter Awards in the "Folding Cartons" category for Inter Parfums’ Anna Sui Fantasia Mermaid packaging, Parlux Fragrances' Tommy Bahama Island Life packaging, and Procter & Gamble’s Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional White packaging.

All of Diamond’s winning entries were designed utilizing recyclable paperboards and manufactured using 100% clean, renewable wind energy, in a Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL) facility.

Diamond Packaging Wins Four Awards in 2019 Excellence Awards Competition

Inter Parfums' Anna Sui Fantasia Mermaid folding carton
won three awards.

Diamond Packaging won four awards in the 33rd annual Packaging Impressions Excellence Awards, the industry's only competition recognizing the highest level of printing quality and technical achievement across the full range of packaging segments – labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons, shrink sleeves, corrugated packaging, and displays. Winners were chosen from hundreds of entries submitted in over 40 different categories. Entries were judged on print quality, functionality, and secondary converting and finishing attributes.

Diamond won three awards for Inter Parfums’ Anna Sui Fantasia Mermaid packaging, including First Place in the “Folding Cartons – Offset” category, Second Place in the “Sustainability – Folding Cartons” category, and Third Place overall in Best of Show..

Diamond won First Place in the “Specialty – Technical Achievement” category for its 2019 corporate calendar, a popular promotional item given to customers and suppliers..

Diamond Packaging won four awards in the 2019 Premier Print Awards, the world’s most prestigious international print competition. Printing Industries of America (PIA) hosts the competition, which recognizes the creation and production of superior print communications. Entries were judged on color, registration, degree of difficulty, and the overall look and design that make an effective and graphically appealing piece.

Diamond won Awards of Recognition in the “Calendars” and “Embossing/Debossing" categories for its 2019 corporate calendar, a popular promotional item given to customers and suppliers.

Diamond won Certificates of Merit in the “Embossing/Debossing” and “Cartons, Containers, Boxes, and Totes” categories for Inter Parfums’ Anna Sui Fantasia Mermaid packaging.

Diamond Packaging Wins Seven Awards in 26th Annual FSEA Gold Leaf Awards Competition

Diamond Packaging won seven awards in the 26th Annual FSEA Gold Leaf Awards Competition, the industry's premier showcase for foil stamping, embossing, and other specialty effects. Awards were announced earlier this month at the 2019 Odyssey Expo in Atlanta, GA.

The competition celebrates the quality, added value, shelf presence, security, and brand recognition that specialty finishing processes lend to the printed sheet. Entries are judged by a panel of industry experts on several criteria including design, execution, and level of difficulty.

Diamond won Gold Leaf and Silver Leaf Awards for P&G's Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional White packaging, and for its 2019 corporate calendar.

Diamond won Silver Leaf awards for Inter Parfums' Anna Sui Fantasia Mermaid and Iovate's Hydoxycut Organic packaging.

Diamond won a Bronze Leaf award for Parlux Fragrances' Tommy Bahama Island Life packaging.
