Diamond Packaging Wins Seven Awards in 2020 FSEA Competition

P&G's ARC Teeth Whitening Pen packaging won a Silver
Leaf Award in the 2020 FSEA packaging competition.
Diamond Packaging won seven awards in the 27th Annual FSEA Gold Leaf Awards Competition, the industry's premier showcase for foil stamping, embossing, and other specialty effects. Awards were announced last month during the 2020 FSEA Online Learning Experience.

The competition celebrates the quality, added value, shelf presence, security, and brand recognition that specialty finishing processes lend to the printed sheet. Entries are judged by a panel of industry experts on several criteria including design, execution, and level of difficulty.

Diamond won three awards, including a Gold Leaf Award, for its 2020 corporate calendar. The 2020 “Making Music” calendar pays tribute to an American icon – the electric guitar. The inspiration? A Gretsch G5422TG Electromatic® Hollow Body with Bigsby® vibrato tailpiece. The calendar features multi-color UV printing, cold foiling, UV gloss spot coating, multi-level embossing, debossing, and intricate die cutting.

Diamond also won awards for folding cartons it produced for Inter Parfums' Oscar de le Renta Bella Essence fragrance, P&G's ARC Teeth Whitening Pen, Crest Gum & Breath Purify Healthy White toothpaste, and GLEEM Professional Teeth Whitening Light Kit.

All of Diamond’s winning entries were designed utilizing recyclable paperboards and manufactured using 100% clean, renewable wind energy, in a Zero Waste to Landfill (ZWL) facility.
